Understand that purchasing online can be tricky so with that in mind, we happily accept returns & exchanges within 45 days from PURCHASED DATE. We have return centres in US and Australia.
To initiate a refund/exchange, please email us at email@example.com
Returned items must be returned in its original packaging & tags intact.
Returned items must not worn, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
We won't cover shipping fee for returns/exchanges but we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.
Bottoms Lab reserve the rights to reject a refund or exchange if returned item(s) do not comply with the above terms. Exchanges can only be done once.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received and checked your returned item(s).
Please note that we do not accept refunds for items that have been exchanged.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED/PRODUCT DEFECTS
In cases where you do receive a defective product or the wrong order, we'd love to make things right! Please send us a clear photo to firstname.lastname@example.org for us to process a replacement to be sent your way. Hope to hear from you soon!
Note that free gifts are not eligible for an exchange/refund.
Do email at email@example.com us within 24 hours upon placing your order. We will not grant cancellations for orders that have passed 24 hours.
