Return & Exchange

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Understand that purchasing online can be tricky so with that in mind, we happily accept returns & exchanges within 14 days from when you've received your orderWe have return centres in UK, US and Australia.

To initiate a refund/exchange, please email us at hello@shopbottomslab.com

  • We currently have 3 returns/exchange locations in the Australia, U.S. and Malaysia for your convenience.
  • Returned items must be returned in its original packaging & tags intact.

  • Returned items must not worn, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.

  • We won't cover shipping fee for returns/exchanges but we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.

  • Returns will need to be sent back with any freebies or complimentary items to be eligible for a FULL REFUND. Otherwise, price of the missing item will be deducted from amount refundable.

Bottoms Lab reserve the rights to reject a refund or exchange if returned item(s) do not comply with the above terms. Exchanges can only be done once.

    Refunds will only be processed once we have received and checked your returned item(s).

    Please note that we do not accept refunds for items that have been exchanged.

    HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND/EXCHANGE TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

    • We will require up to 5 working days to process your returned item(s) once we have received them.
    • Refunds will be processed immediately however it may take up to 10 business days for refunds to reflect on your statement.

    WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED/PRODUCT DEFECTS

    In cases where you do receive a defective product or the wrong order, we'd love to make things right! Please send us a clear photo to hello@shopbottomslab.com for us to process a replacement to be sent your way. Hope to hear from you soon!

    Note that free gifts are not eligible for an exchange/refund.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    Do email at hello@bottomslab.com us within 24 hours upon placing your order. We will not grant cancellations for orders that have passed 24 hours.
