ORDERS

Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is complete. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.

Unfortunately, any orders past 12 hours will be registered onto our system and we will not be able to cancel them.

Occasionally, all or part of an order will get canceled. It's usually because of one of the following reasons:

- Out-of-stock items

- Problems with processing payment information

- Problems with a shipping address

- Duplicate orders

If your parcel has been shipped out, we are unable to amend the shipping details.

In the event a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect / incomplete shipping details, reshipping fees will be applicable.

At Bottoms Lab, we do our best to ensure all customs and duties are taken care of upon dispatch. We cannot guarantee that your parcel is free of all customs and duties as it varies from country to country.

In line with the new laws that came into affect in January 2021, orders delivered to the UK will automatically have VAT (Value Added Tax) at the check out. The VAT collected at the point of sale will be remitted to HMRC.

We do advise getting in touch with your local customs bureau to inquire on current charges so as to not receive an unexpected surprise when the parcel arrives!

Usually when your parcel is in transit, there will be no updates.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your returned item(s) & process your refund / exchange from the day we received the item.

Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase.

As all of our orders are manually fulfilled by our amazing fulfilment team, we believe that this is a human error but we are committed to make things right.

We do have an extremely strict quality check in place but sometimes these defective items may slip through the cracks. We'd like to make this right by sending you a replacement.
