Closing Chapter Sale

Our remaining products will be slowly transferred into our partner’s website https://eubiofficial.com/pages/wtf, you may still find and shop certain collections there.
We are still operating in other regions, including Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia. Please note that these stores only offer delivery within their respective countries. To receive your parcels, you will need to be physically present in the country or arrange for someone in that region to send it to you.

All orders placed during the Closing Chapter Sale (from June 27, 2023 onwards) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If you wish to amend or cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at hello@shopbottomslab.com as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours from the time you have placed the order.
We also cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled upon request as our fulfillment team works very quickly in processing all our orders.
If your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to cancel the order.

With a stringent quality check in place, sometimes these defective items slip through the cracks. We'd like to make this right by sending you a replacement. Do send us pictures of the defect and send it to hello@shopbottomslab.com within 7 days after you have received the order and we will process a replacement for you.

Do email us at hello@shopbottomslab.com for us to rearrange for the right order to be sent your way as soon as possible.

Please contact our customer success team at hello@shopbottomslab.com if your order has not arrived after the estimated shipping time.
Please note that orders need up to 48 hours to process and ship.

Please allow up to 5 - 10 working days for us to assess & process your replacement / refund request from the day we receive your email.
