How to shop?

You can just add items into your cart and check out. Once you've made your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Do I need to register to shop?
No registration is needed as we track purchases via email and order number.

I did not receive the confirmation email. What do I do?
Please email us at hello@bottomslab.com for us to help locate your order.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept all debit/credit cards & payments via PayPal.

How do I find my size?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship within worldwide. If you do not see your location during checkout, you may email us at hello@bottomslab.com.
When can I receive my order?

You can refer to our shipping page here.

How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking number via email once your item ships. Your parcel will require 3-5 working days for transit.

My tracking number does not work! What do I do?
Usually when parcel is in transit, there will be no updates however, if you have concerns regarding your parcel, feel free to reach out to us at hello@bottomslab.com for us to further assist you with your order.

My order got sent back to sender. What do I do?
In cases where you did not manage to receive your item due to failed delivery, please let us know via email. Note that we have a re-shipping fee of $10.

Returns/Exchange & Cancellations

Can I cancel/amend my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours upon placing your order. To cancel your order, please email us at hello@bottomslab.com for us to process them for you. Unfortunately, any orders past 12 hours will be registered onto our system and we will not be able to cancel them. 

I'd like to make an exchange.

I received a defective item!
With a stringent quality check in place, sometimes these defective items slip through the cracks. We'd like to make this right by sending you a replacement. Do send us pictures of the defect and send it to hello@shopbottomslab.com for us to process a replacement for you right away.

I received the wrong order!
This might be a human error on our part so please send pictures to hello@shopbottomslab.com and we will process for the right order to be dispatched as soon as possible.
